Enable Ctrl+Alt+Del in Windows 7 Home Premium (in the login screen)

Here is the way to enable Ctrl+Alt+Del key combination in Windows 7 Home Premium (in the login screen):

1. Type netplwiz in "Search programs and files" box in Start Menu
2. Select Advanced
3. Click on "Require users to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete"

When you log out, you should see the relevant requirement.
