I found the list of web addresses for upgrading Debian Linux to the latest version by reading "Debian worldwide mirror sites". I copied one of them for editing /etc/apt/sources.list.
Type the command as a superuser:
gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
The file should contain these lines: (The third line could be edited according to your location.)
deb http://security.debian.org/ squeeze/updates main contrib non-free
deb-src http://security.debian.org/ squeeze/updates main contrib non-free
deb http://ftp.kr.debian.org/debian squeeze main contrib non-free
deb-src http://security.debian.org/ squeeze/updates main contrib non-free
deb http://ftp.kr.debian.org/debian squeeze main contrib non-free
The above lines should be edited according to your physical location and your Internet connection. If you do not live near Korea, you could choose other web addresses by referring to the same page titled "Debian worldwide mirror sites".
