Apparently less time to boot on Linux

When comparing Windows with Debian Linux, it is noted that Debian Linux does not display a message such as this one:

"Preparing to configure Windows.
Do not turn off your computer."

This message says that some sorts of configuration is going on. I don't know exactly what's going on. Regardless of this lack of information, I know that it takes minutes of time for the computer user to wait.

Debian Linux does not cause such issues. Windows does.

With the introduction of systemd, Debian Linux may face similar boot issues as well. Some configuration issues going on when booting are not welcomed.
