Compliance officers gain transparency through explainable AI outputs: models log feature contributions for each prioritization decision, satisfying regulatory requirements for audit trails and model governance (Rambold & Rand, 2024).

Despite these advances, challenges persist. Data quality and alignment can be problematic when legacy systems store calendars, case notes, and transaction histories in disparate formats.
